Our Story

Château Vert was born from a deep passion for authentic products, those that tell a story, a place, a craftsmanship. Founded in Laval, our company's mission is to make exceptional products accessible to Canadians that cannot be found in ordinary grocery stores.

Every product in our selection has been carefully chosen: we visit producers, taste their creations, and only reference what fully convinces us. Quality, authenticity, and traceability are our non-negotiable criteria.

• Moutarderie Edmond Fallot (Beaune, Burgundy) — one of the last artisanal mustard makers in France, founded in 1840, still using the traditional stone mill
• Maison Dessis (Périgord, France) — specialist in gourmet truffle products: fresh truffles, oils, salts, honey, and gift sets
• Argane Achifae (Morocco) — certified organic producer of culinary and cosmetic argan oil, and 100% pure prickly pear seed oil
