We had fun creating our own version of a gourmet spread, but without sacrificing health: Dattella.

As its name suggests, dates are the star and provide sweetness without the use of refined sugar! Rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and complex carbohydrates, they also offer a sustained source of energy, in addition to providing essential nutrients, all without compromising on taste pleasure.

In this nutty version, we combined hazelnuts, almonds, and cashews for a delicious explosion of flavors. The addition of natural nut butter, a source of healthy fats, also enhances satisfaction and prolongs satiety.

Finally, to add an irresistible chocolatey note, we included 70% organic dark chocolate, offering an even more decadent taste experience!
