This mustard has been our favorite since we visited the Fallot factory in Beaune, Burgundy, France several years ago (see photos). The mustard is smooth and creamy and the honey and balsamic vinegar provide a wonderful balance between sweet and tart flavors. We use it quite frequently and I can recommend it to anyone who appreciates a delightful variation of Dijon-style mustard. .

My cousin brought some of this mustard back for my dad from France and he LOVED it. So I bought some for his Bday. Tastes great! The only thing I wish it had was a better seal on it, the paper label made me slightly nervous that it would open.

Yo ya había probado anteriormente otras mostazas de la marca fallot y todas son recomendadas; tienen sabores de mostaza muy intensos y que también son a su vez muy agradables. En concreto, este producto tiene un ligero toque dulzor que es agradable con distintos tipos de comidas. Personalmente mi favorito es la mostaza con nueces pero esta también es una muy buena alternativa dependiendo cuál es tu paladar.

Great Quality French Dijon Honey Mustard, although I would prefer 'milder' white or rose wine instead of balsamic 'red wine' vinegar in a dijon honey mustard.

It was recommended on The Kitchen on Food network but not by name but by ingredients- honey & balsamic Dijon mustard. It’s not cheap but so worth it since I’m not sharing!

This mustard is remarkable. The flavor is full and satisfies something you didn’t even know you needed. We use it on sandwiches, to dip chicken, coat your chicken with an egg and THIS mustard mixed the. Dip in panko and bake….its remarkable!’ Go heavy on the mustard, it makes it so much better.

This gourmet mustard is so good I don't even know what to say! It's not too sharp, not too sweet, the balsamic adds just the right amount of flavor that you can't put your finger on it, but you know it is yummy! I will be buying this again. I have used it on sandwiches, used it as dip for pretzel sticks and I put in a cold macaroni salad....wow! Can't wait to experiment more with recipes. So good! Buy this!

If you have been to France then you have already enjoyed Fallot French Mustard. If not purchase any of the Fallot French Mustards and you will enjoy their unique taste.

A remarkable mustard. Just as the product description says, the blend lets all three flavors come thru. All other honey mustards I have tried have been on the sweet side, the mustard taste in the background. Not so here. There is a strong mustard bite, then the other flavors come thru. So if you are looking for a typical honey mustard, this is not for you. But if you are looking for something new and original, you must try this - unique and exceptionally well made. Delicious.
