What is white truffle acacia honey?

We start with organic acacia honey, produced by bees foraging on Robinia pseudoacacia nectar. Acacia honey crystallizes much more slowly than other honey varieties, giving it a luxuriously smooth texture. We then blend the honey with premium white truffle (Tuber Borchii) shavings.

How to use it?
